I’m a writer, editor, and radio producer.
I have an MFA in fiction from the University of Michigan’s Helen Zell Writers’ Program. Previously, I worked as the senior producer of the podcast Crimetown. Before that, I was a senior editor at the Walrus magazine in Toronto. I was also the editor-in-chief of the Montreal-based quarterly Maisonneuve, which, during my tenure, won Magazine of the Year at the 2012 National Magazine Awards. My journalism and fiction have won numerous awards and been published throughout the United States and Canada.
